How do I start my course?

After the purchase, I will email you a private Youtube link that you can watch using the email account that you provided during the purchase. The video is accessible anytime, anywhere for 6 months.

How long will it take me to finish my SUA project using this course?

You should budget at least 15-20 hours to work on your SUA over 1-2 weeks even when you are using our course since this is a highly challenging and complicated project. Even professional accountant like me, who are very familiar with SUA, will take several hours to complete a SUA project.

Does the course work for version 202x, paper or online version, Blue or ...?

This course will work with any version (paper or online, 9th, 10th, etc.), any year, as long as you fully watch and follow the instructions in the video. The numbers and the order of transactions will be different, but the video course will provide everything you need to complete your SUA project.

I have the link but cannot access the video because it is private.

Please make sure to use the Gmail that you provided during the purchase to access the video since we share the video directly with that Gmail only.

I have not received any link for the video, what do I do now?

Please check your spam folder first. If you do not receive anything in 30 mins, please reply to your confirmation email and I will help you as soon as possible.

What is this service?

"Finish your SUA" is a personalized one-on-one service that will help you finish your SUA in the agreed time (24 hours for each part or 3 days for the full SUA).

Is there a guarantee?

It is fully guaranteed. If you do not get at least 90% on your SUA on time, I will issue a full refund.

Is it confidential?

It is fully confidential. I do not save your data or share it with anyone else, even my family. Everything is erased after your SUA is finished.

Can you finish it early (less than 24 hours for each part or less than 3 days for the full SUA)?

Yes, I can, but you need to notify me in the email regarding your urgent deadline so I can work on it accordingly.

Purchase and Payment

Are the course refundable?

All the courses are fully refundable, minus the transaction fee (6%), within 24 hours after purchase. Any services that have not been received are also fully refundable, minus the transaction fee (6%).

Simply email me, and I will issue the refund in the same day. However, you will received your refund usually within 10 business days (or 2 weeks), this depends on your banks.

For example, if you purchase the video course for $9.99 and you change your mind, simply email me, and I will issue a refund for $9.39.

What is not refundable?

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds for the video course after 24 hours since the video can be fully watched already.
